Love it
I LOVE living here. (I happen to believe I have the best unit in the building, but...) Everyone at the front desk is kind ... and attentive. Maintenance requests are answered and solved with efficiency. I love the location, neighbors are quiet and considerate, and the building feels safe and secure. Would recommend it to everyone. I want to take a minute to recognize Sophia. UPS sent me a notice that my $600 order from Costco had been delivered to the ... Pack City locker system; but I received NO notification from Pack City:( I talked with Sophia and asked her to let me know when our M-F UPS delivery guy came. Not only did Sophia take it upon herself to explain the situation with our UPS guy, together they solved the mystery....and she sent me an email saying my package was in a Pack City locker safe and secure. I chose Villa Piana for its great location and proximity to my job. It is a lovely property and the staff have been extremely nice and pleasant.
The Villa Piana property is elegant and very well decorated. The leasing team is wonderful, they smile every time I see them, and they know me by name!! Maintenance is prompt!
I chose Villa Piana because of how beautiful the apartments are. The leasing team showed a sincere willingness to answer all of my questions. The maintenance team has addresses my issues in a timely manner.
