I LOVE living here. (I happen to believe I have the best unit in the building, but...) Everyone at the front desk is kind and attentive. Maintenance requests are answered and solved with efficiency. I love the location, neighbors are quiet and considerate, and the building feels safe and secure. Would recommend it to everyone.

I want to take a minute to recognize Sophia. UPS sent me a notice that my $600 order from Costco had been delivered to the Pack City locker system; but I received NO notification from Pack City:( I talked with Sophia and asked her to let me know when our M-F UPS delivery guy came. Not only did Sophia take it upon herself to explain the situation with our UPS guy, together they solved the mystery....and she sent me an email saying my package was in a Pack City locker safe and secure.
I hope Richland Properties will take an opportunity to recognize excellent and caring service.
